These terms describe how the data, reports, and other materials published by CAPER may be used. By accessing CAPER's data you agree to use it responsibly and in keeping with the registry's mandate to inform medical workforce planning in Canada.

CAPER publishes information for educational, planning, and research purposes. The guidance below is intended to keep that information accurate, properly credited, and useful to the community that relies on it.

Acceptable use

CAPER's census tables, fact sheets, and reports are made available to support medical education and workforce planning. You are welcome to consult, cite, and reference this information for those purposes. Please do not present the data in a way that misrepresents its meaning or scope.

When you publish or share figures drawn from this registry, please credit CAPER (Canadian Post-M.D. Education Registry) as the source. Clear attribution helps readers locate the original data and understand its national, longitudinal basis.

Accuracy and no warranty
